Please give us a short summary of your website?

A school to study Shaolin Kung Fu and other Traditional Chinese Martial Arts under Shaolin Warrior Monks of the Shaolin temple. Students are welcomed to the school from across the world. Please see our website for more information on training, accommodation, school fees, experiences of the students and photos and videos of Masters and students. The school is under the auspices of the Shaolin Temple Head Abbot, the Venerable Shi Yong Xin.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

We wished to let people know about the school after it's establishment last year in 2008.

In Fall 2008, http://www.shaolinskungfu.com, the home site of the website.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

As a descriptive term of the school's purpose as an institution for teaching Shaolin Kung Fu.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

The site has detailed and accurate information on it about what you need to know about the school before you come, information on travelling and photo galleries of it.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To keep teaching Shaolin Kung Fu, promote it's learning and culture.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

around 6 months and plan to continue indefinitely.
