Please give us a short summary of your website?

Our site is Catered to inform the public of the benefits of Martial arts Training as well as a reference for current members of our academy to further assist them in furthering their knowledge of Shotokan Karate do.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

We Launched our site to get more exposure about us and what our services can offer to the public. Our site is also geared towards educating the public about authentic and true Japanese Karate

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

this is my First web site

How did you decide on a name for your website?

The original name is AOKDOJO which is short for Academy of karate and dojo means training place in japanese.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

We pride ourselves in education not just just promotion, as well as a simplistic and easy to Easy to browse through and we also offer a complete variety of services online from pictures gallery, videos, online store, history and background information, an online tutor, Free membership Sign up and a Calendar of upcoming events.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Keep permanently.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

I personally have invested hours of my time, very worth the investment.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would make a complete instruction site for various techniques and lesson as well as a live broadcast of events and tournament coverage.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

not sure

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

none in regards to the site.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Completing all the projects i have had in mind for the site.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

yahoo local pag.es, link exchange, and site submission to site like this

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It has not differed at all.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

What is the next project for your site?

To finish a complete video instruction of our techniques in the online tutor page.
