Decades ago, learning martial arts is considered to be a practice employed only by adults. Martial arts schools back then were filled with adults who intend to learn hardcore self-defense training.
Like anything else on this planet, the industry evolved overtime to involve people from younger generations. It also started to include other disciplines, such as mixed martial arts (MMA).
