Violence should be always used as a last resort, to be used only when there is a need to defend one's body from external attacks.
This was what Etay Furman, an Israeli ex-shoulder, pointed out to students of martial arts at Irving Gym last month. He gave a public demostration of Krav Maga, an Israeli system of self-defense.
